After installation, we were immediately impressed how quiet and smooth the electric shuttters operated whilst both opening & closing. The shutters effectively block out light from outside which has been a blessing in regards to having the children sleeping in a little longer.we are please with the quality of the shutters and how well fitting they are.

The initial reason for the shutters on the front windows was for additional security, but we have come to realise with the extreme weather conditions that they provide additional insulation from the hot and cold weather, which should see us saving money on our air-conditioning costs.

We are writing to say how extremely happy we are with our shutters. We have been saying for the past seven years we would get one on our bedroom window as it faces west and after every summer we kick ourselves for not having one installed. This year we decided to bite the bullet and we can't be happier. we can actually go straight to sleep in our room after a hot day. the noise is also reduced thank goodness. We also have a street light out the front of our house and we didn't realise how much it shone in our room until the shutter went down.
